High Temperature Distribution of steam, condensate or hot water is commonplace on many large campuses around the country. Pipelines can range from basic direct buried field fabricated systems with field applied insulation such as pit wrap, tunnels and prefabricated conduit systems.

Prefabricated Vaults/Manholes
In addition to Perma Pipe’s direct buried piping solutions, we also offer prefabricated vaults to offer a true one manufacture high temperature piping solution. These prefabricated vaults offer a robust and watertight alternative to conventional field fabrication or precast concrete vaults / manholes that are prone to water infiltration and deterioration over time. John C Digertt Inc works closely with the engineering team at Perma Pipe to custom design these prefabricated vaults/ manholes to project specific conditions.
